    McD's blockade.

Need to round them up for trespassing then bill them for all losses incurred by any stores. Set a couple tires on fire under those supports they've rigged up, they'll move.

Covid the *** and the final stage.

I got my second yesterday. I had covid last July, the first shot was really like my second. First didn't bother me but yesterday's is kicking my butt today. Arm is sore down to the elbow then the soreness runs up into my neck and around the back of my shoulder. On top of this I'm just wiped out.

    Is partially filling bottles ok?

There is some evidence that underfilled bottles are more likely to explode. Charlie Papazian mentioned this in one of his books. That extra air will probably result in some oxidation too.

    Ive used the wrong malt!

I did a stout couple years ago and pitched WB-06 what beer yeast. Thought I had S-04 but was mistaken. Actually turned out pretty nice. Kind of a unique flavor.

    Water profile for wheat beer

I just did a wheat with M20. Have not broken into it yet but it smelled incredible while fermenting. One more week.

    Ive used the wrong malt!

Probably be a "happy accident". It'll be fine.

    Watering down beer

I understand you should boil water to drive off any dissolved oxygen before adding it to your fermentor.

    How resilient is yeast?

You're probably good. I'd use it without question.

Covid the *** and the final stage.

I've had COVID. I just got shot number one which is like shot number two if you've had COVID. Still have to get shot number two. All this and STILL have to wear a mask. No wonder some people especially here in the states aren't getting the vaccine. Nothing changes.

    Blow Off Tube

I just did a wheat beer with this yeast. Kept it about 20C (68F) . Nothing quite so violent. Sure smelled nice.

When do you start drinking a new brew?

I usually have one at two weeks in the bottle to see how they're developing. At three weeks they become regular consumption.

You're stuck in quarantine with only one group / composer.

    Mozart. Seriously.

    Muntons premium gold yeast

Have not used it but have read some good reviews. I liked the reviews enough I bought four of them. I'd just roll with it. Seems to be pretty flocculant and leaves beer pretty clear.

Which type of crushed malt will give me the highest enzyme activity?

I've done two pounds of corn meal with three pounds of regular pale malt. Cereal mashed the corn meal with a handful of the same two row. Hit my gravity without any problems. Recipe 3# Rahr 2-row 2# cornmeal 4 oz. Caravienne 4 oz. White wheat

5L mini kegs - can I fill and keep them like bottles?

Never seen these before, the Dark Farms kegs. Looks like a great system.

What was your first step towards AG?

I did a couple partial mashes before going all grain. Three pounds of grain in place of three pounds LME. You might try just making a gallon of something to try the process. SMASH some Marris Otter and some Fuggles for a basic Pale Ale. You'll wish you had done it sooner.

How long does active fermentation last in a wheat beer kit?

Give it two weeks. It'll settle down in a couple more days if it was a standard gravity like 1.045 to 1.060.

    Philips beer machine

So this is a chiller and dispenser for mini-kegs. Neat. I really like the small size.

    Basic brewing software

I just signed up with Brew father. Thought I would give it a try. I've been using BrewTarget and have been happy with it. Will probably stick with it as I already have everything set up and tuned in.
