    I've got a vanilla choc stout fermenting at the mo and drew a sample so i could forecast how much vanilla i'd need and settled for 12ml in an 8L batch, I found that to be just right not overpowering nor too weak!

    There’s a few spots on my vanilla choc stout krausen that look quite odd, as a newbie this doesn’t look right to me but to some of you chaps might say it’s normal. The Double choc one on the other hand is going along nicely!

    Good Evening all, with regards to splitting one can kits... would it be possible to warm 4 litres of water (to 'dissolve' the kit) and then split the 4 litres between two fermenters?     I've ordered the Chocmeister stout kit plus 1kg of beer enhancer as i didn't think the Medium DME would do much for it, plan to split it into 2 9L batches making one as a double choc and the other vanilla choc! Given the current time of year i think these will be my Christmas beers!
