    Bored of NEIPA

Surely you can only be bored of something you have had too much of? There is a lot of hype and it’s a mile away from traditional beers but it has its place

    And we worry about infection

I bought 48 coopers bottles and didn’t sterilise them, just bottled two brews straight away and it was fine, some people go way too far imo but each to their own

Toucan or should I say onecan minus a bit

Brewferm only recommend topping up to 12 litres for the 1 can kits I believe and that’s with some dextrose, every Brewferm kit I have made has been good so maybe that’s a more realistic amount for 1.2-1.5kg of lme? Terrym could answer your question better but it’s a good question

    Speed Up Carbing?

A couple of the earliest Coopers kits I done were fermented out in 5 days, fully carbed and chilling within another 7 I’m certain they have yeast additives included to kick start their yeast

    Dry hopping idea

I have had hops in for 14 days and never had the grassy flavour a lot of people mention, not to say it can’t happen but anywhere between 2-7 days and I haven’t noticed any difference
