Not sure if this is infected with wild yeast? Smells and tastes ok but doesn’t look like a bottom fermenting yeast? Anyone know?

Ok guys, decision time, help please Still nothing Do I pitch Ale yeast? Or wait until tomorrow and order more today? I have 2 packets of Pia and 1 West Coast ale yeast but wanted a bloody lager! Is it advisable to re-stir now? Cheers

I never bother either as a top fermenting yeast is easy to spot but it’s been 1050 for 48 hours

I’m about 2-3 hours

Emailed CML at the same time as posting this and a rapid response saying if nothing by tomorrow they will send out another two packs Class service but hopefully won’t need it

I only pay for Netflix and Amazon for the kids,no other Sky etc, the only thing I really watch is iplayer for the footy highlights I like to read, listen to podcasts (boxing,football) walk the dog, brew and spend too much time on here
