    If you got a brew garage, you're lucky. Get a fridge and an inkbird with a greenhouse heater. If you've got the space you can easily make a brew fridge for £60 tops

    Did a stepped mash 40c for 20min then 65c for 60 min. 60 min boil, reduced temp to 80c then whirlpooled flameout hops for 15 min with a paddle mixer. Got high hopes for this one! It's in the fermenting fridge at 18c

    My recipe was 5250g Maris otter 300g caramalt 500g flaked oats 15g each of galaxy,mosaic and citra at 10 min 50g each of galaxy,mosaic and citra at 0 min 25g each of galaxy,mosaic and citra dry hop for 10 days 60g each of galaxy, mosaic and citra dry hop for 5 days.

    Did my first grainfather brew yesterday. Found it takes longer than the biab I did before. It was a nice experience and did it outside with no hiccups.

    Drinking my punk IPA clone. Doesn't taste as hoppy as my usual don't know what went wrong. Only 2 weeks old. Still tasty though. Not short of giving head out of the mini keg though.
