Im still discovering the tastes of the individual hops so that's why I was going to go with all citra. But I totally get leaving them for later. Any specifics on a bittering hop quantity wise? Did one of my first ales with challenger and discovered just by upping the amount by 10g from 20 to 30g...

Still on the learning curve and attempting brew no.8 soon. I have just received my citra hops and looking to do a hoppy easy drinking but tasty as hell pale. Could anyone suggest a tried and tested recipe to me solely using citra please or should I add a little bittering hop at the start too...

Yep, followed exactly. Still relatively new to brewing so sticking with recipes for now . If you like milk stouts, this is delicious!

Maybe I'll bottle via a boiled bit of muslin cloth over the siphon stick thing (what's it called!?) If they sont go. There are so many I think theyd clog up the wand!
