    Oh dear... I was making the Welderks Juicy Bits IPA today and made a right mess of it!! Mashed... fine.... boil... fine.... hop additions... fine. I put the immersion chiller on and watched the temperature come down nicely (albeit slowly)... added the late hop additions at the right time...
