    Cheers GerryJo, Hods, Much appreciated guys! I’ve got the uprated switch on order and check the wiring. To be honest I think the box the whole thing is in is too small and may also be not helping with overheating so probably needs a complete rewire. Any specific box / box sizes recommended...

    It appears to be good news gents. After 8 days of the first dry hop charge and 4 days of the second dry hop charge the smell and flavour of the beer is coming along nicely.     I've had a few tastes.... not sure really, it maybe my imagination but i suspect I'm getting a slight smoky flavour. I'll keep going with the dry hopping and hope for the best!!! Hey Hod, I'm around tomorrow night so could pop over for a swap.... I've got a Stout you can try!!

    Oh dear... doesn’t sound to hopeful! I don’t think I can taste it in the wort but it’s difficult to say. I’ll ferment it out and keep my fingers crossed!! Steve
