I would normally reduce the temperature of the wort to around 80 using the counter flow chiller. At that point add the hops and whirlpool for a couple of min then leave for 30mins or so before transferring

Starting with the dunklweizen from this selection, not a style I have tried before bits it's nice tastes like a malty hefewizen. Not sure I would brew it but would like to try a few more

Thanks I've emailed a hobbyweld agent near me (Leeds) to if they stock it, from looking at the hobbyweld site they don't appear to list that they supply food grade CO2 just the welding type.

Cracked on early today on my 4th hallertauer Pilsner brewed it a couple of months ago, managed to hurt my back building a desk for my partner, no head on the beer but I like mine low carbed

Watched Upgrade at the weekend on Netflix which is a bit of scfi thriller , really enjoyed it excellent plot and good action scenes

Looks good, looking forward to seeing your epoxy resin bottle top lid, I've considered using epoxy once or twice myself but not tried due to cost and the likely hood that I would mess it up somehow

Brewed a copy of this recipe a couple of months ago and tried a few over the weekend, really great traditional bitter. Thanks for sharing the recipe 🙂
