Watched Another Round on Netflix thought it was very good. its about 4, 40 Yr old teachers who decide to document the effects of mainintaing always being slightly drunk. Very entertaining with a good underlying story, it's subtitled
Pint of my Pilsner/festbier really delicious, Pilsner malt, hanna Vienna and something like 180g Saaz. Nice malty backbone mixed with the flavour from the Saaz.
1 more pint and I will start cooking the curry
Picked this up as part of a malt Miller order, pretty nice clean, crisp and tastes a bit peachy. Has harlequin hops in which I have never heard but may have to try in brew at some point.
Tried my Two Hearted - American IPA yesterday, very nice beer it came out at around 6.8% so is a strong one for me had 2 pints and was tipsy.... Would recommend to anyone that likes a West Coast IPA
Think I know what you mean, I'm always immensely satisfied that I can get drunk on beer I brewed myself and really enjoy it. Same thing as when I sit at my dining table I made by hand.. I could buy a better made one but it wouldn't be the same or as much fun making...
Brewing this kit today, it's 6.9% which is a bit too strong for me so I have upped it from 19l to 25l to bring it down. Gets good reviews so looking forward to trying it
Two Hearted - American IPA | The Malt Miller

Hi, have you used biscuit malt before? I have been considering using it in a Pilsner for extra depth, would be interesting to hear what you think to it
