    I’ve been pressure fermenting for a while for normal ales I ferment at 10 psi for pseudo lagers I ferment at 15 psi you would need a spunding valve. I have a larder fridge which I have converted to a fermentation chamber I can fit a fermenter king chubby or two juniors into it at once.
