    well you could brew a old West Yorkshire ale with Target as the Bittering hop and challenger as the late hop and hopstand with a pale ale grist you would have Websters Green Label!

    If you are wanting to try it out the outlay for a pressure fermenter, Spunding Valve isn’t that expensive compared to the current craze for stainless steel. I have on occasion served direct from keg king Juniors 20l fermenter instead of kegging most of the time I just use closed transfer to keg.

    I’ve never had problems with adams gas I send the request on the website the contact phones me and I go to global surplus in Halifax to pick up and pay. These days I just go to the supplier for swapping cylinders

    Actually my business partner and I have got the 10bbl brewery from Dent. It is getting moved down to Halifax shortly to recommence brewing in January 24.

    I would double check with a hydrometer if I were you I’ve seen Nottingham Yeast ferment out in four days in a king keg chubby at 20 degrees but even Kveik isn’t fast enough for two days.

    One 21st August I got taken into Airedale Hospital with a dislocated and fractured ankle. The chap opposite me on the ward was there because a scratch from a rusty nail came very close to killing him with sepsis. One lucky chap he realised the symptoms in time.

    They have had nearly 2 years to sort this out and they haven’t done anything I do note on of the klarstein models is identical to the s40 but has a different controller and firmware that does work better than the s40. What does that tell you?
