    Woodfordes Wherry Review

    afraid to say that my wherry is quite transparent and tasteless after 4 weeks in barrel, unable to see it in the barrel after 4 weeks. Just a brown tide mark............ am I doing something very wrong?

    Keith from Pontgwaith, deep in The Valleys. Sporadic brewer, due to work (hgv driver) which means that I don't have a very scheduled working day so unable to plan any brewing that have long term brewing-to-bottling-empty glass timings. Due to illness, I once gain have some spare time on hands...
