What kit shall I do next

Coopers Stout with some added extras always tickles my fancy!! Coopers Euro Lager is very good with plenty of added hops and decent DME. Other than that - get yersen on the AG bandwagon - its a different class

    Good Golly Mis Molly!!!

I had a taste of my dads Festival Landlord kit last night - then had a taste of my first AG TT Landlord. There was no comparison - the mouthfeel and body in the AG was heads and shoulders above the kit version (even though the kit is very good)

    Brewing software

+1 for Beersmith - although it is American - absolutely everything can be converted. It has made my first two AG's much less worrying and for £12 or whatever it was will be used forever. Also the Beersmith forum and really helpful weekly newsletters are great :drink: :hat:

    Portable Gas Cyliners

After nearly melting the hob on my last brew i am going to invest in a portable gas ring and a gas cylinder so i can boil in the garage - sorted for a ring but was thinking what size gas cylinder to look at getting. The choices are: 3.9kg - exchange £15.49 6kg - exchange £19.99 13kg -...

    Coopers European Lager Kit

Yes - i fermented at around 15 degrees and after secondary kept in 3-5 degrees for 12 weeks. The quality progression when kept at this temp for at least 8 weeks is really significant. If you dont like Peroni i would maybe tried a Mexican Cerveza or Canadian Blonde :?:

    Coopers European Lager Kit

This is probably my favourite kit i have done - i do AG for ales now but will still continue to do Coopers Euro Lager kits for time reasons with my trusty 700g BKE1 and 500g of pre-hopped EL DME and 30g Saaz hop tea. Tastes every bit as good as Peroni
