This one was mine. Glad you enjoyed it. There should have been a note in the tube with the recipe and my notes on it, if you've lost it i'd be happy to send the recipe over (if you want it).
Merry Christmas Everyone, I've never done a review before so I'll keep this short and sweet.
'Chocwork Orange' Stout:
Drank this on Christmas Eve. A very nice tasty stout. Got a lot more chocolate flavour than orange though, the orange was more of an aftertaste.

I leave mine to Carb in my hallway, probably get a similar variation. Never had a problem, wouldn't worry about it, just make sure you leave them 2-3 weeks.
I had that capper for a while (or one that looked very very similar). Worked great at first but eventually the arms started to bend and it got impossible to use. Still better than any of the plastic cappers i've had.
Hi, not posting to make an argument, but are the regional parties (SNP, DUP... etc) not included? They do well in their own areas and probably account for constituencies than the Lib Dems.
Fear not, no one will be going without. I've got other brews I could send. But they're kit brews whereas this one's from an original recipe, so i'd prefer to send an interesting beer, but if I'm not happy with it my recipients will get a perfectly OK beer.
Mine are going to go out quite late, probably the 16th (sorry). Beer was only bottled last weekend and I want to try one before sending to make sure it's not a dud.

Never posted a beer before so as much packaging advice as possible please.
Also, should i be sending two different beers or two of the same beer?
The plan for today is to brew a Candied Orange IPA.

I find that when i'm sanitising most of my labels come off (certainly the paper-based ones). I use VWP to sanitise bottles .
Also, Newcastle Brown is my bottle of choice, tough, clear and paper-based labels.
