Ay up well the 1,75kg or was it 2kg of sugars I added was too much , it’s very drinkable but You wouldn’t want too much , 1,5kg of sugars I think would have been sufficent I put 100g of Hellertau in which is what saved it from being just too much I’d give this method the thumbs up 👍🏻 but...

Never had a kit go so mental , only started in under a day ago as soon as I clean the airlock it’s spewing out all over shall I leave it or what ? Just let it settle in it’s own time ? Advise appreciated Thanks

ave done 2 cans but was both same , come out good with just 1kg of sugar can’t see any troubles cuz you have 2 diff styles

try winter warner and export together in a 23 L batch be just reyt for Xmas ! 😀
