Hi everyone Right today I've bought the above kit £11!. Want to use as a base for adding the CML hop mix punked up Using just 1kg of dextrose it ends up @ 4.4% I want a further 25% strength , without ballsing up the brew how much additional fermentable should I add? I'm thinking a further...

Does 120g give the fizz let's say of a canned IPA,let's say for sake of argument a can of Punk IPA ?

Hi I've done this batch of 2 can Wilko feeling hoppy , 1kg enhancer , 100g of hops including what was supplied in the kits Sg 1062 Two days ago it was at 1011 So anytime.now I'll be bottling Let's say calculator suggests 100g of sugar , same as what's supplied in Young's American IPA...

What good are you adding ?

Can I buy "saison" from a supermarket in can / bottle ? Can anyone recommend something , apart from stout / porter , perhaps only one I've never brewed , would like.to taste the style

Oh and last night I thought sod it , so ordered another 50g of citra from CML to drop in for a few days before bottling !!

Still fermenting I think , well I hear activity but could be the hops I added last night and the hearings just come on ! I think ill end up with a 6,5 to 7% brew

Dropped the Williamette in last night and we are bubbling away again !!
