Hi, what is the best way to keep an head on a classic bitter, when i pour it from the bottle the head is good but soon dissappears making it look flat. I always rince the glass before i pour it. Any advise is welcome.

Hi Clint thank you, is there a way of working out the ABV, to say if I add 800g instead of 1kg of sugar or add a litre or 2 of water.

Hi All, As I'm getting older I'm finding the home brew a bit strong, is it possible to put less sugar in a kit to lower the ABV to say under 4%. TIA Andy
