    Hi, I have brewed a marris otter 10L batch and its been in the fermenter for 14 days, its stopped fermenting and i poured a drop this morning and its very murky any ideas why. Thanks in advance

    Brill thanks thats what i did with the 1st batch, once transfered to fermenter it stopped fermenting after 36 hours so gave it a day or to before i barreled it. Drank the last of it last night and i must say its great tasting although very murky.

    Hi all, Just made another 10L batch of PA with maris otter, is it ok to let the wort cool down over night, as i dont have any way of cooling it at the moment.

    Hi All, I finally made a 10l batch with maris otter, i did not have scales to weigh the yeast so i guessed it, it stopped fermenting after 36 hours and i took reading's and it has come in at 2.6%. Question do i strain the grain or let it naturally drain into bucket.
