Fermentasaurus, Fermzilla or Fast Ferment. Which to buy?

I was looking at the fermentasaurus, the thing that tipped me to the fermzilla was the wide opening. After buying it I’ve purchased a few more kegland things. Only problems I’ve error had with any equipment have be 99% my fault. The other 1% was trying not to fall over the baby.

Fermentasaurus, Fermzilla or Fast Ferment. Which to buy?

Never had a problem with mine and I ferment at 10-15 psi. I suspect many of these issues are user errors. I once didn’t push the spunding valve down all the way and the pressure relief valve went off when it hit 35psi. It makes me wonder that PSI some of these folks have it at I imagine both...

Fermentasaurus, Fermzilla or Fast Ferment. Which to buy?

I have a fermzilla and jacket and have produced some cracking beers. like you I don’t have a fridge big enough at accommodate the fermzilla. I ferment everything under pressure because of this and haven’t had any off flavour. BrewKegTap did have them on offer a while ago and I was tempted to...

    Brewzilla UK stockists?

Hi Dave, Ive not found any other stockists of the Brewzilla in the UK. I’ve been thinking about ordering one for a while but when I finally decided I was going to do it (and tell the wife I’ve had it all along) the pre orders had all gone. From previous history and things I’ve seen on social...

    iSpindel - digital WiFi hydrometer

Ok so I purchased some of these https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/5-XL-BIG-PET-Micro-Geocaching-container-geocache-Petling-preform-soda-bottle/132379354446 and they’re a bit of a tight fit. Battery holder made it impossible to get it but you might get away with trimming down the side of the PCB. I...

    iSpindel - digital WiFi hydrometer

Aaron, I've only got the PCB 4.0 boards, the other bits will need to be purchased from eBay. The board I'll post for probably a fiver, that'll cover the board and a 1st class stamp.

    iSpindel - digital WiFi hydrometer

Hi folks, I've just managed to build one of these without too much issue or skill. I got a D in electronics GCSE 20 years ago and this was probably only the second time I've used a soldering iron since. The only real issue I had was that after I flashed the device appeared to be in a reset...

    Hello Everyone

Hello everyone, I started making kits about a year ago and so far I've had success with a few of the woodfordes kit. The Wherry is a great starter, brewed that twice and then moved on the the Admirals reserve, basically a hoppy Wherry. I've recently done a Mangrove Jacks American IPA. The...

Coopers Canadian Blonde dry hop advice

Hi folks, I picked up a Coopers Canadian Blonde kit at the weekend reduced to £6 so thought I'd give it a try. It's currently in the fermentation bucket but someone suggested I dry hop it. I've got a pack of 100g cascade hops, does anyone have any suggestions on how to do it? Should I just...
