    NEIPA and Exmoor Stag

I used Omega Yeast OYL-052 on mine which is apparently the "Conan" strain and would recommend taking a look. My recipe below if your interested, really pleased with how it came out although like @uDicko said above next time I come to make this I may look to omit any boil additions or atleast...

    NE IPA / DIPA Recipe

Would like to know people's opinions on the below. This is the first recipe I have sat and came up with myself. Using existing recipes and reading different things, I'd just like to know what you think of the below and if you would make any tweaks. Target OG - 1.056 IBU - 53 Mash 60min @ 67°c...

    Clone Attempts

I've done a handful of all grain kits now where the grain/hops have all been provided and set out when I need to add to the boil etc. I now want to try and clone some of my favourite beers. A number of breweries happily tell you what malt and hops are in there, the IBU and ABV obviously so I...

    Rain Stopped Play

I've just finished my mash and the dark clouds have gathered and a few drops of rain have started, seemingly getting heavier ,so I've called a halt to brew day asad1 Rain's forecast for the next 2 hours then looks to be clear - will I be ok leaving the mash this long before I start the boil?

    All In One Systems

Thanks, I'll take a look at it. Grainfather is a bit out of budget I've I'm being honest, don't thinkni can justify it!

    All In One Systems

Thanks all, general consensus is to go with the recirculation system over the none then :) Essentially looking at it to save time on brew days and like the idea of having one piece of kit to do the full thing (less cupboard space to worry about :) )

    All In One Systems

Hi all, I'm looking to move on from an on the hob BIAB set up to an all in one system, Grainfather style. I've seen kit both with and without the recirculation pump. Question is what difference does the recirculation pump really make? I have done no recirculation on my current setup and the...
