    I personally used 96 grams of brewing sugar, to give 2.2 volumes and the temp of beer was 19c at bottling time , and it seemed fine for me for my tastes ๐Ÿ‘

    Have grown a lot of red currants on our allotment over the years but never made wine with them ( her indoors always gets there first for red currant jelly which is gorgeous so i donโ€™t rock the boat , always wise๐Ÿ˜ณ) but am guessing that it comes under a rosey wine which always mature a lot...

    Wonโ€™t be the same mate will be to much alcohol for the style just brew as instructions and I really think you will like it and then if you want to try will more extract try it on your next attempt but I honestly donโ€™t think it would work out , but thatโ€™s just based on my opinion ๐Ÿ‘
