Got two in today myself , a summer lightning and a mosaic IPA , never managed it before and won’t be doing again , was in the kitchen for a total of eleven hours with clean up . 🤦🏻‍♂️🍻🍻

When doing an over night chill does it have to be in the dark, my question is can beer get skunked if left somewhere light to chill in my case the conservatory which is cooler than where I brew the beer under the stairs , or better to leave it where I brew until pitching temperature is reached...

Think it’s called partial mash use some base malts and some dme improves quality of beer no end and gets you accustomed to doing a mash as in all grain brewing 👍🍻

My tried and tested method for bottling is to add my required amount of priming sugar to boiling water , cover and cool to roughly the same temp as beer to be bottled pour into bottling bucket then very gently stir for a couple of minutes being careful not to incorporate any oxygen into the brew...

Could keep fermenting for weeks yet mate , just have to be patient and let it do it’s thing 🍷👍

Why not dry hop on the seventh then cold crash when you get back on the eleventh don’t think that would hurt anything

Should do well in the tunnel mate even better if you earth up with straw or hay when they start to show 👍
