I always do that anyway, my method is to batch prime fill a bowl which 12 pint bottles , fill with little bottler put on cap then put them on the counter till all 12 are filled with the loose caps on , and during this process you can hear little burps, then I secure the caps and put in a box...

The home brew company is still the best place I can find to buy DME from , they sell three kilos of all varieties for £15 , at five pounds for a kilo surly unbeatable IMO 👍

I too was very impressed with the muntons hazy ipa and will be doing another one soon. In the mean time one of my family purchased a bosses boss part mash kit from dark rock , it comes , the instruction say to add a kilo of brewing sugar to the kit which incidentally has a final gravity of 7%...

Why worry, if your brew is fully fermented out I would just bottle it ( have never used finings or cold crashed ) have always used the two two and two method and batch primed, the beer always comes good with time , patience is the brewers best friend who as never let me down once 👍🍻

Bottled the brew very carefully as these beers can oxidise very easily; only left a couple of centimetres of air space at top of each bottle 👍

Yes mate did the kit when it first came out and swapped the yeast Lalbrew verdant ipa yeast and it was superb; best kit I’ve ever made; struggled to tell it the difference between a kit and all grain , go for it ; you won’t be disappointed 👍
