Oooh, that's a bit of a step up from a bucket with a bubbler, isn't it? I just switched over from a fermentation lock to a blow-off tube the last couple of brews (*) but I think pressure fermentation means you need a FermZilla or somesuch,I imagine. That migt have to wait a little while ...

I was gobsmacked when I heard that CO2 is crucial to the industry for using for "humane slaughtering". I imagine I'd rather be tasered unconscious instantly than gradually suffocated in a gas chamber. Speaking as a non meat eater I leave my opinion of this excuse as an exercise for the reader.
