Another cracker is the Route Citra Six American Wheat from BrewUk. I added Orange peel to the boil for 15 minutes and it worked a treat. Also a slice of orange in a nice cold pint really takes it to another level. I'd better get another one on before the summer goes!

I did the Tribute AG kit from Malt Miller. 2 types of grain, 3 types of hops and the yeast for £15. Made a cracking pint. Better than the real thing I had the other day to be honest.

DHL works perfectly for me. The crazy thing is, the little old lady who does it here on the Island hasn't even got a car! So she just phones me up to say I've got a very important delivery for my favourite hobby and I go and collect it from her garage. Small Island life at it's best.

All my MM orders have been DHL. Makes no difference to me which courier it is - it'll arrive a week on Thursday! 🤣

If I recall, that's why I got the Wai-iti last year, to dry hop an MJ Saison kit. This will be AG though, kits are a thing of the past for me.

Hop wise, I've got all sorts of the usual suspects Saaz, Tettnang, Hallertau etc. Plus UK ones such as First Gold, Fuggle, Challenger etc. Americans such as Chinook, Cascade, Simcoe etc and a couple of NZ, Wai-iti and Riwaka. Yeast wise I'm pretty sure I've got mostly MJ dried, M29 Saison, M41...

Any chance of some of your recipes on here Guys? I want to brew a Saison on Saturday yours all look and sound amazing. I want a light golden, slight citrus and spice offering at around 6%. Cheers!

My last bottle of Helicopter. 😭 Been such a great beer, so well behaved, never a gusher! I have it's successor waiting in the wings though. 😁

First try of my American Route Citra 6 wheat beer . I added orange peel to the boil too and I can get a hint of it. Nice and subtle. Needs more time to carbonate fully but its gonna be a summer favourite. 😎

A pint of Evil Twin whilst I boil a Super Sonic pale, AG kit from Dark Revolution. Still looks like bisto but tastes good. All my beers with Kveik clear really slowly for some reason.
