    CO2 Regulator Advice

Hi @-Bezza- That's a dual gauge regulator, but it isn't dual body. A dual body regulator can pass gas at two different pressures.

Which movie(s) have you watched recently?

Hi! Watched 211 the other day - that's 90 minutes I'll never get back! Nicholas Cage continues to demonstrate execrable taste in choosing which movies to appear in. Bohemian Rhapsody is outstanding, although not yet (legally) available on TV.

    Formative Years (beer)

Hi! Boasting again! :D I barely remember being 34 - to tell the truth, I barely remember last week!

    Formative Years (beer)

Hi! I started on Newcastle Amber ale in bottles and then Exhibition - a lovely pint. Occasional forays into Camerons houses for Strongarm and also, on work days, lunchtime halves of Vaux Double Maxim. My uncle once took me to his local CIU club for my first taste of Federation ale - best beer...

    CO2 Regulator Advice

Hi! As you say, there is a distinct paucity of dual body regulators on UK sites. If you can get one for £80, grab it!

Questions from a new brewer (some might be stupid)

Hi! Having struggled with a PB leaking, you should be overjoyed that yours is holding pressure, so I would advise you not to open the lid. Reading around on t'Interweb it seems to be normal to serve the first few pints very slowly, and this is said to improve as more beer is served. Other...

    Hello from Undy

    Hi! Welcome to the forum.

    Herms Coil as a Chiller

Hi! I would hesitate to do that - I am sure it would react with the copper ('O' Level Chemistry Grade 5 1971 :D) You don't need to get a super-cool liquid - just have a constant supply of ice ready to replenish the reservoir in the HLT

    New Equipment Advice

Hi again, I didn't bypass mine - I simply left it turned up to maximum and allowed the PID to control the element.

    New Equipment Advice

Hi! The outlet from the ACE will be fully open - do not restrict the input to the pump! The pump needs a constant input, but the output can be restricted. This was very useful to me when setting up my pump.

    Alcohol free beer

Hi @BACKS The point I was trying to make is similar to @Chippy_Tea - if I don't have beer I would rather do without than sup a substitute.

    Cleaning Reconditioned Corny Kegs

    Hi @SkyBlue I think they're TTP :D

    Hi! Alcohol free beer? Why?

    The Duke of Edinburgh

Hi! After the accident the Duke is quoted as saying, "I've been such a fool". It's taken 97 years, but he finally realised!

    Burnt element

Hi! She Who Must Be Obeyed. It's from the H. Rider Haggard novel She.

    Cleaning Reconditioned Corny Kegs

Hi! I remove the lid to deep clean a keg. I always use a bucket: add 10 or 11 litres of cleaning solution and leave in the keg for about 10 minutes. Put the bucket over the keg and invert. Leave for a further 10 minutes and rinse.

    Cleaning Reconditioned Corny Kegs

Hi @SkyBlue I always use an oxi-type cleaner like PBW or Wizz Oxi - it eats away all types of crud. What's TSP?

Adding a 2nd gas line to a Danby Kegerator?

Hi @BrewJarreau If you are running only two kegs you need only one pass-through secondary regulator - set the main regulator on the gas bottle for one keg and use the secondary regulator for the second keg. Something like this.
