    pretty much that. 19c 3days, then about 3c for 3 days. I don't think its anything else as this is the first time I've experienced this bitterness and the first time ive cold crashed in the FV

    maybe but just 6 days in total, 3 of them at low temps would be surprising though? I'm sure this is a process many follow unless I'm missing something.

    im am really surprised that British bitter is equal lowest. i brew more american styles myself but have the odd dable with english ales and i thought a lot of people on here brew a lot of bitter?

    haha, that’s proberly worth a few Bob now! re flaked maize, Not sure they do, hence my suggestion to leave it out and also maybe add some amber.
