    You can. Take the restrictor plate out of the tap and replace with a standard nozzle. Are you using co2 or nitrogen or 70/30 mixed gas? If co2 then just use normal pressure 12-20psi depending on the beer. If using nitro or mixed gas you'll want to run it a bit higher maybe somewhere around...

    Not really, other than if you do get beer in the line and in the valve, make sure you clean and sanitise them at least in between kegs.

    I usually have a small amount of pressure, maybe 5psi. But if you have a check valve, it should t matter, right?

    Why bother, it will drop out in the fermenter and compact down below the tap anyway.
