some guys put them in a muslin bag/sock type, i had some yesterday that came in a kit, they were all sealed up like a tea bag, i think as a rule they turn to a sludge, unlike a leaf that will block the filter i guess these either sink past it or pass through it?

i wasnt happy with the dry grain,so i added another 5 ltr, so mashed in total with 20ltr, i will sparge with the remaining 12ltr ,, first brew with it, so a learning curve,:thumb:

yes. they are showing one but i dont think it has a price yet.

so first brew, first herdal. 15ltr of water in boiler. add 5.44kg of grain.. not enough water for the grain. ive only added half the grain and its too thick allready, so the grain thats in there is mashing while i heat some more water in a seperate pan .

deos the pump not block with hops?

if you use the auto settings, does it pause or beep to let you know its reached its target/completed, or does it just go straight on to the next step?

my front panel was peeling off when i unpacked it, ive pushed it back on, and its stayed on, havent used it or washed it yet.

we both drink, and im happy to drink alone,some of my best conversations have been on my own :(
