This is from the 5 litre keg of Dortmunder export. The last 5 litres out the FV, poured thru the tap into the keg because my syphon had a malfunction, so I expect the main keg to be clearer and probably better. That said, 4 days in, I am happy with this.

Just realised that today marks 4 weeks that my Dortmunder Export has been in the fv. Its had 2 weeks at -1. This is the most patient I've ever been and so I hope it pays dividends. Kegging tomorrow and a Kolsch brewery this week hopefully
