    Pressure fermentor for fermentation fridge

Not sure if there is anything smaller than the fermzilla? Thst is 50.7cm but will need a little more room for a disconnect leading to spunding valve. I guess you could use a 9 or 12 litre corny?

    Most cost efficient bottles?

Crown caps are a standard size (other than screw cap ones that are a bit odd but rare here) - a table capper is about £20 and far better than a hand capper - easier to use and no broken bottles!

    Most cost efficient bottles?

You get 8 for £2 with crappy lager from lidl For the Op - just put a cardboard box next to your local bottle bank and you'll get loads quickly, or put into a pub and they'll be happy for you to take some away - free!

Coopers enhancer 2 and brewing sugar

There are three options really: Brew sugar Enhancer Spray malt Sugar just helps you increase the % but doesn't add any flavour or body. Enhancer is essentially a mix of sugar and spray malt and will give more body and flavour. Malt is (in my opinion) the best bet. Pick the dried spray malt...

Sounds good! Best of luck. I have a Klarstein basic machine currently, no pump etc - always tempted by something 'better' but too many demands on my £s! I'm definitely at the 'artisan' end of brewing rather than the scientist end, but love it all the same!

Brew to Bottle - Fermenter King Gen 3 £80!

Looks like a bargain! I do love the idea of this or another pressure fermenter, but then I'll need a new fridge, and then, and then, and...

Beer Kit Fermented in Corny Keg

As aja - I'm another corny fermenter. I weigh my floating dip tube down with a couple of tea spoons, keeps the tube under the beer. I tried the normal dip tube way and it got so blocked up I had to syphon it off. I only really pressure ferment for my 'fast lager' - as otherwise I find it...

    Lagering temperatures

Officially, I don't believe so, lagering should be completed in the uncarbonated state. Then it is bottled and undergoes bottle carbonation. I brew my lager under pressure (usually approx 1 week at 20psi) and after a few days of cold crash, I keg and start drinking as soon as it tastes good, I...

    Mobile phones.

Totally! Not worth it for your own troubles or for the lives you could impact if distracted. I was at a wedding at the weekend, I had a pint at 2pm and the rest of the day just drank water as I was driving, the amount of people that thought I should have at least one more drink, was quite...

    Returning homebrewer

Yes, but if you have a 5 litre or bigger pan, you can do an all grain brew on your stove top. I have a Klarstein which was about 200 quid, fancier all grain set ups cost a lot more! https://www.thehomebrewforum.co.uk/threads/have-a-go-at-simple-ag.51779/
