    Fermenter King Jr. Vs Corny

Hey guys Just as an FYI we're looking into getting the same size keg as the Junior in silver so it can be used as a keg. Doesn't affect the price too much sadly as it's essentially a Fermenter King Junior in different coloured clothing only but does make it useable for storage ;) Cheers

    Oh it's busy

    Mangrove Jacks Hard Seltzer

Morning Sherlock, Hope all is well and what not? They remind me more of a cider in the sense that you can ultimately drink them after the advised amount of days but you're definitely going to want to give it extra time to mature and clear so you can truly enjoy the fruits of your labour. I...

    Mangrove Jacks Hard Seltzer

Morning Sherlock, Hope you had a great weekend? I am sure it was pretty much the same as all the ones over the last 12 months haha? I would add the finings as you normally would so 3-4 days before you move it over to the keg.. I would just add both to the secondary vessel :) Cheers.

    Re: Festival Razorback IPA Review

Ahhh totally understand now, and we're sorry for having to implement these additional costs. We are working on the shipping now as we speak. Last year went crazy in terms of how much is coming and going but it has always been our intention to keep shipping as fair as we can do. We supsidise...

    Re: Festival Razorback IPA Review

Hey, where abouts are you in the UK? We do have a free shipping threshold of £59 but this is only for the majority of UK mainland post codes. Some of the further to reach places in the UK sadly attract an additional charge from our couriers which we have no choice but to pass on I'm afraid and...

    Mangrove Jacks Hard Seltzer

Hey Sherlock, we hope you're well? I haven't personally but had quite a bit of dialogue with the manufacturer, feedback has been very positive so far but you would expect that from a MJ branded product! I would always advise leaving it a little bit longer but even more so with these kits as you...

Mangrove Jacks Irish Stout February Giveaway

Can't believe it's Feb already!!! Ok so with Paddys Day fast approaching there's been an exciting development... in the form of... wait for it.... a new Mangrove Jacks Irish Stout kit and it's rumoured to be as close to a pint of the Black Gold as you can get from a kit. We've literally only...

    Shipping costs

At the moment yes, if you ring or email in though as discussed we can force it through manually for the standard £3.50 as long as it's no more than 4.5-5kg in weight for the total order. We're on it though, it's massively busy now though so realistically we aren't going to get it done this side...

    Shipping costs

We held off changing the shipping costs as long as we could but it would have bitten us in the *** if we hadn't done it. Not only has the number of orders increased over the last month or so again but also the number of items per order has risen from around 4.5 to over 6. We'd have been losing...

    Shipping costs

Sure that would work also. If you did 2 orders over the phone that added up to around 10kg you'd get the most possible for £7 shipping. Malts are nowhere to be seen at the moment though, I keep chasing them. We have around 2 tonnes on order of the various shades.

    Shipping costs

Just a further point on marketplaces such as Amazon. Amazon sell very few home brew related items themselves, you can sometimes find items that are fulfilled by Amazon and subject to the same shipping services as Prime but that is down to a reseller like ourselves to get those items into Amazons...

    Shipping costs

Thats really poor service and I'm sorry to hear that. I'll take that up with DPD and get a response. They've recently bragged about spending £200 million to bring in more drivers and improve their network so it's surpising that they rely on a 3rd party to finish deliveries for them. With the...

    Shipping costs

Morning guys I think an explanation is needed here. During the first lockdown we had to switch from Parcel Force because they couldn't keep up with the volumes. We followed what people wanted and brought DPD in to deliver our larger shipments and it has been in general well received. A...

    Mangrove Jacks Hard Seltzer

We only received these on Thursday last week so haven't had a chance to try them yet but the guys at Mangrove Jacks think the Pineapple one is the best

    Mangrove Jacks Hard Seltzer

Hi guys You don't add carbonated water to these kits, you carbonate them in the same way you would a beer, either in the bottle or keg. You can find a copy of the instructions on our site here "I'm obviously missing something so would be grateful for some clarification. And am I correct to...
