A few photos from judging yesterday at the ACB Comp. Highlights include Steve Plampton opening the second bottle over a bucket after the first one gushed and hit the ceiling; Nick sniffing deeply whilst judging with Jim; Marc with his head in his hand as he writes about another fermentation...

We're delighted we have over a hundred paid entries! Got about 17 unpaid + have mailed them today. Will be cleansing unpaid entries 2/9/23. Cheers Martin

Thank you both - @Sadfield that's a useful read. @Caramel Ox that's one of my thoughts too. I was kind of wondering, if I were using a low roast natural coffee, whether it would be pale malt only...... and then the question is how will the coffee notes compete with the hops.
