    I am from "abroad" (Bavaria). Radler is Helles + Lemonade. How comfortable are you in making either? I doubt that a kit will get you there when it comes to Helles ;)

    Lager recipes

    A classis approach is 90% Pilsner Malt with 10% Vienna. Ensure your dry yeast has good viability. I use liquid yeast, pitch at 5-6 Celsius and Ferment at 9 Celsius with Imperial Harvest mostly.
