I never imagined that a craft brewery would exist in Turkey, so it was quite a find to find these:-
A very good Blonde ale.
A pleasant, if unremarkable IPA
The pick of the bunch, a red ale done with beetroot and pine honey.
I'm really pleased with the taste and carbonation of it. Mine has a less banana taste (probably the yeast) but I like it as I'm not the biggest fan of strong banana flavours.
Trying my go at a Hoegaarden clone. I used Mandarina Bavaria hops in the place of bitter orange and it's turned out pretty good. I poured an original Hoegaarden as a control beer to directly compare it to my own version.
Here's an interesting lot today:-
Trooper at Spoon's
Then a lovely Saison at the local bottle shop - Saison Le Pertemps by Burning Sky
Then a sensational brown ale with coffee and maple syrup notes - fantastic 👌
And finished up with a lovely DIPA by Left Handed Giant - Colour Me In
