Started mid Dec 2023 Fermented right out but on sampling the first bottle today there is a slight 'fizzy' taste to it. No bubbles. On opening there was no 'pop' or fizz from the bottle. 3lb of Morrisons honey Sultanas Nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, an orange, bread yeast ( is that the culprit? )...
