If you have your recipe in brewfather you can get an early idea by changing the hopstand temp in your recipe from what you intended to what you actually did. YMMV but for one of my recipes changing the 30m@78C to 30m@98C raises IBU from 30 to 71.

I found with some gentle encouragment using the shaft of a screwdriver I could widen the drain hole to take both the inkird sensor and the flat 2 core mains cable on the tube heater (double insulated so no earth) I did u have to cut off the plug and fit a new one

Shame. You still have to boil it so I dunno what their issue might be?
