Yes it’s strange in pubs in Cornwall it’s fantastic but I’m not a big fan of the bottled or canned version. I’m surprised the casks are different to Cornwall though, I would have thought it was just the same. Anyway, it’s so easy to brew a version as good as the Cornish pub version.

I just realised plugging that into Brewfather that it’s impossible to match that profile (that much calcium to that little Sulphate/Chloride)! I will match the calcium but increase the sulphate and chloride but keep the ratio the same
