Should i just bin my hydrometer?

Beer enhancer is (imo) just a fancy name for dried malt extract (DME). The calculator on Brewer's Friend gives me an OG of 1040 for 1.8Kg of LME + 1Kg of DME, a FG of 1011 and ABV of 3.8%. You're not missing by much. Although your OG looks a tad low. Edit: Also why would you bin your...

Experiment beer ending up too sweet

You wouldn't. The possible reason for the sweetness is from dextrins provided by the carapils. As @DocAnna says, if it's still in the fermenter, raise the temp to about 18° (wouldn't recommend stirring as it brings a risk of infection/oxygenation and I've never seen it work) and leave for a few...

Experiment beer ending up too sweet

Had to check my order history to be sure, but yes it was Minch Pilsner/Lager malt. It was a 23L batch and the recipe was Dave Line's Pilsner Urquell which was supposed to be a 20L batch, so I was a bit more efficient than Dave . Also finished a bit lower at 1012 instead of 1015. Used...

    Sorry, it was actually 3.85Kgs.

From what I've heard subsequently, he's not likely to be directly involved in government structures otherwise he'd have to divest himself of his business interests, so it seems that this will be an external committee. More bloat. Interesting to see what they;ll do about labour laws that would...

Experiment beer ending up too sweet

With nearly 6Kg of fermentables, I'd have expected a higher OG. Unless your volumes are higher than the usual 23L? For comparison, I make a Carlsberg clone that comes out around 1044 with 3.7Kg of fermentables and a Pilsner at 1050 with 3.8Kg.

Experiment beer ending up too sweet

25 would be ok for a lager. Maybe on the low side, but that'd be more of an individual preference. Beer is about balance and hops help balance against sweetness and maltiness. But as said, 1012 wouldn't seem excessively sweet. Lots of Pilsners finish higher. Are you sure that reading is...

    Fridge recommendations

A lot of people use them as kegerators (called keezers), so yes. Some chest freezers even come with a fridge setting. Your only problem might be opening it when it's wedged under a table.

Is that confirmed? Probably will and of course all imports will be hammered with tariffs, so Tesla will only be competing with other US marques. But as with all trade wars, Tesla's overseas (and others) operations will be equally hammered.

10g Nugget seems very low in bitterness against all that malt and adjunct. Less than 20 IBUs. Also as above, 1012 wouldn't seem especially sweet.

    Thermometer calibration

That's a massive discrepancy. Very unusual for a spirit thermometer. Especially since it's in the middle.

    Hot wort to fermenter?

They're rated for up to 2.5 bars. Unless you're using them to dispense, they're never getting to that pressure.

    Resizing batches

I just keep to the 23l or whatever batch and bottle the excess. No real bother, half a dozen or so pint bottles is easily managed.
