Well it turned out clean great so a slow burn but a clean yeast.

I’ve switched to WHC due to a small saving, but the first go with LAX has ended up with the slowest ferment I’ve had since my kit days 12 years or so ago. All stages were all standard for me, normally it’s all over in 2-5 days with US-05, M44 or such like. Anybody else had issues?

It’s a very pleasant summer drink with a great head for a sour (2.8pH) Needs some more omph on the back end but unsure what. Maybe a higher abv.
