A cheeky little school night beer courtesy of @TonyCall, very special indeed. Lovely burnt caramel notes with a bitter spice coming from the hops. I almost certainly drank it too cold, it only got better as the evening went on!

Always nice to meet a member, especially when they are putting out beers like this. A refreshing pale ale that absolutely epitomises session doesn't have to be bland. Watch out for engine river brew...! Cheers @TonyCall

Had a real nightmare this evening on my transfer to corny. The dip tube would not stop getting bunged up with hop material! I think i have managed to save it, but i won't know until it's carbed up. Incidentally the yeast got carried away and it's now 8.2%

Thank you so much for the feedback, I thought upping the salt would be risky and was at a 50:50 on whether to go the extra or not. But that's what I love about this game, it definitely made the mouth water...!

I got a 36 for the IPL and a 38 for the margarita gose. It would seem I was a little heavy handed with my salting, but the concept was well received. I don't think the world is ready for my IPLs.... That or they are miscatagorised, I have the ACB coming up which I will be entering the next...
