I use 4 capsules in a 20L kettle sour of Swanson's finest. Gives me a good result after 48hrs. Normally down to the 3.5 pH zone. Certainly cheaper per brew than an "official" home-brewing option.

As always I will happily step in if no one else is interested. But I'm happy to give someone else a shot at it. Give it a couple days and if no takers I'll have it please.

I. Really struggling to get anything out of my dry hops. I have 175g in what is now 15L and it's fine. Just really subtle.

I'm in a similar boat. I've just made up a pint of hop tea to add to the barrel to try and up the bitterness. Fingers crossed

Experimental and fruit table results are in. Really constructive feedback on mine, I think they enjoyed it, I will certainly be trying this one again, this time layer the hops a bit more. Give it some depth.
