    Secret Santa 2023

This bad boy just arrived today, thank you Santa, but it looks like I may not be able to try it out and review until the new year. And @Alastair70 if you're keeping a track of things, my two went off yesterday, cheers.

    Leffe Radieuse Clone

I'm getting through this, although still have a fair few litres left which with any luck will last through til Christmas as the father-in-law will be over and he likes a beer. I dont know why, but the keg beer tastes nicer than the bottled version. The only difference being it had priming...

AG #29 Leffe Radieuse - Update Just under three months on since brewing this. First try of the bottled version of the Leffe Radieuse. First impressions are: Appearance. Browner than I had expected. Nice and clear. The sort of head that I would not expect to last very long. Off white/light...

What are you drinking tonight 2023.

I happen to be house sitting not far from Siren, so it would be rude not to pop in and sample their wares. Broken Dream Breakfast Stout 6.5%

    Leffe Radieuse Clone

This is good news..... I had it for a week / 10 days at ambient garage temps, which was actually pretty warm, and then its been at 10c in the fridge since then - so that's pretty much as you suggest. Thank you.

    New tap and keg installation

Dont make your beer lines too short - start with them looped up and long - it will avoid / reduce fobbing. I think mine are about 2 metres and I dont have a (I forget the name) variable pour valve thing.

    New tap and keg installation

You see a lot of people putting the CO2 cyclinder in the fridge I have my cyl under a worktop in the garage and then route the gas pipe up to the fridge. Depends on space obvs. (excuse the mess - it is a garage)

The 'Recommend me a TV series' thread

For those of you that like UK police dramas, this is worth watching. It's been out a little while now - it will scratch your Line Of Duty or Happy Valley itch. https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episodes/p0f2cxpr/blue-lights

AG #27 Fuggy Helles - Update Been drinking this for a little while. Thought it had some cabbagey flavours, but feedback from the April? comp was that there we no off flavours. It even scored 38 which I'm pretty happy with. Nice straight out of the keg in the sun.
