Well I have an answer for you if you want sweet cider I seem to have come across the answer by mistake! If you pitch MJ54 and cider yeast with sweetener, you end up with a really sweet cider. Nothing like the last one I did which was a medium dry.

I think I had an F, they would have a label instead of a hat for it these days 🤣

Having a busy brewday with a Turbo cider, a lager and an ale on the go and multitasking I managed to tip the Mangrove Jacks M54 lager yeast into the cider FV, when I realised I have added the correct yeast as well so we will see how it turns out 😂

My Mrs bought one and hates it, the light that it gives off in use us like the sun lighting up the kitchen, used once and never again.

Still very happy with this Citra Pilzner smash and everyone else that's tris it is chuffed, a happy ending 😂

If I started drinking gin again I would have kegs of gin never mind tonic 😂
