    Stout kits

Hi folks So my next brew is going to be made from a 'simply export stout' pack Can i add flavouring to this? I have bought some cocoa nibs and plan on adding those and raspberries, any idea if that would work ok? Thanks John

    Second fermentation - error?

Hi all Ive brewed a Youngs lager and have moved it to 2nd fermentation in a PB I added sugar to the PB but im wondering if i can then put it in bottles after the 14 days? Also, may have made an error as the PB im using has a 2 way valve on it, will it lose carbonation?

Hi Clint, thanks! Greenock is just before Gourock, then the ferry to Dunoon! Funny enough, i'm currently in Dunoon as my mother is sheilding so over here running after her!

Morning all Name is John and i'm from Greenock, just outside Glasgow! Been interested in home brewing for years but never had the time or money to do anything about it. With being furloughed, that has changed slightly! Hoping my questions later don't sound too daft! Cheers
