    I suppose the thing about brewing at home is the joy that each brew has its own 'personality'. Ocvioulstly we just want to get the perfect pint though so onwards and upwards (or downwards should I drink enough perfect pints)!

    OK, I know this is the age old eternal question but.... At te start of the month it was my second childs birthday. This led to a lot of Dad's standing in my shed, annihilating my homebrew beer reserves. I've got the next batch in the FV so tat will not be ready (to a suitable standard) by late...
