    I like it! How much juice does that give you? And how are scratting that apples? This is my little 1 gallon press that I was using last year. It's just old bit of oak and a 1.5ton bottle jack. It actually worked quite well along side my sledge hammer & bucket scratting :)...

    Hi Ginger, I've made some cider, I haven't used pectinase before and most of my cider has been nice and bright. If I were you I'd get another demi jon and rack it off a couple of times, this will aid clearing and also by removing the lees you'll be taking some nutrient away from the yeasts...
