made up a youngs cider 40 pint kit last week and today i made a turb0 cider 4 1/2 ltrs asda 100% apple jucie boiled 1ltr with a grated ginger root cinnomon and a hand full of sultanas for 30 mins then straind it through 100 micron filter bag smelled mmmmm...

Highland park was my 1st malt then it never ends you just want to keep trying them all (fun but) :drunk:

Young's u Brew Brew Buddy Cider Kit bought for me by the wife i want to try and make it taste better . so been reading can i add ginger root to this if so when is the best time .would changing the instructions by adding say a few ltrs of 100% appel juice say take 3...

nice how do you go about adding them to the brew juts toss em in ? and qtys to say 5ltrs

hi would steam work for cleaning my 25ltr plastic drum to make cider in . the mrs has a steam clener was thinking of putting the hose into the drum to kill off the nastys will it owrk ? many thanks
