Hi my brew turned out ok :thumb: its just a bit big for 5 gall brews but i think i will be doing 10 gall brews soon ,a 5 gall ag does not seem to last long :wha:
Did first brew wit new tun! Everything went ok! Lost allot of temp only had 4.5 kg of grain, but never covered the grain with foil (like Rickthebrew and unclepumble told me :x  ) noticed asda are doing 24ltr cool box's for £8 think I will get a small one as well
Hi I have one of norm's taps next to me!!! I make it 22.5 mm, Q-Max is available in this size I know I have one,(24mm would not be as snug depends how often you will take it apart) hope this helps :thumb:
Lots of bottles now have plastic labels on them pita :x :x :x I have started to leave them on, and just mark the crown caps, I find them useful when emptying a corny with my home made beer gun
Just thinking outloud here !!! my turbo cider ready for corny keg, going to add some tannin, then potassium sorbate, then Back-Sweeten with caster sugar force carb in corny is that the way to do it???
